How much do you charge?
We don’t charge per SF or per hour. Rather we quote a lump-sum fee for each project depending upon the size and complexity of the job. We don’t have any hidden charges.
What software do you use?
We use Planswift and Bluebeam for doing take-offs. Also we use 3D Kubla and Earthwork-Pro for earthwork/grading takeoffs.
For pricing purpose we use online sources similar to RS Means coordinated with contractor’s quote for accurate material & labour prices.
In what format do you provide the estimate?
We provide Markup Plans/Grading Report in PDF and estimate in Excel sheet format.
Do you offer any guarantee?
Our results are guranted and industry-leading due to our expertise and use of advanced estimating software our qualified estimaters make sure to keep multiple levels of quality checks to guarantee spot on estimates and takeoffs. Our track record is more than 85% of our detailed estimates fall within the predicted range. More bidding means more chances to win. So if you will bid more you’ll have more percentage of winning the project.
Do you offer refund?
We are comitted to ensuring client satisfactions by offering unlimited revisions until the work meets your expectation. However, once work has began on your project, refunds are not provided. If any errors occurs from our side we will correct them promptly at no additional cost. No refund will be issued once the final order has been delivered. Upon payment you acknowledge and agree to our refund policy, which is non-negotiable
Do we charge separately for addendums or change in drawings ?
There is no additional cost for reviewing addeddums or minor change orders. However, if the revised plans reflect more than 20% change in scope, an additional fee may apply. This is to account for the extra time and effort required to update the estimate accordingly
